Having accurate accounting records, will keep your overall expenses low.  In order to grow your business, apply for business loans, you will need to have updated financials. Estuary gives you the confidence knowing that your financial bookkeeping is intact.  Our team of Certified Public Accounatnts are on the job.
 
Monthly you?ll provide us your business receipts, vendor bills invoices, and bank statement.  We will code your receipts, bills, deposits, expenses and invoices into a chart of accounts, and prepped for year end taxes.  We will reconcile one bank account monthly.  You will be given a secure logon and password that will enable you to upload the scanned documents into your personal folder on our secure server or you can fax or snail mail copies.
 
You will receive the following reports monthly:
 
               Profit and Loss
               Balance Sheet
               Cash Flow
 
Economy Monthly Service-  enter up to 10 entries  $79.00
Standard Monthly Service- enter up to 25 entries $135.00
Moderate Monthly Service- enter up to 40 entries $225.00
Deluxe Monthly Service ? Call to discuss
 
There is a one time account set-up fee of $69.00.
 
We also offer billing services.  We will bill your clients on your behalf.  The key to positive cash flow is ensuring that billing is being done on schedule.
 
*5% monthly discount when you enroll in our automatic bill pay program.  Complete the attached form an email to newacct@estuarycpa.com or fax to (888) 763-6595, Authorization Form.  Once your enrollment form is received, the discount will be applied the following month.  Your account will be charged on the 15th of every month.
 
For clients who are not enrolled in the automatic bill pay, you'll be invoiced on the 1st of every month.  Payment will be due by the 15th of each month.  Late fees of 3% will be charged by day 20 if payment is not received.
